Clock

Players: 4, two per side (two teams). Focus: net transition, first volley, passing shots and low shots, pressure under tactical constraint.

Execution: The serve rotates clockwise among the four players, one player per point — like the hands of a clock, hence the name. The serving team is obliged to approach the net to finish the point; the receiving team cannot play a lob. The point is then played like a normal doubles point, with these two constraints.

Scoring: tie-break format, the team that reaches 7 wins. The clockwise rotation of the serve continues regardless of the score. Coaching point: the attacking player must approach behind a deep ball and close the gap as a pair, with a split-step before the volley; without the lob available, the defending player must aim for the feet of the approaching player, keep the ball low, and look for the central alley between the two opponents — the down-the-line passing shot is the escape route, not the high ball.
